The World Service Conference approved the publication of the 6th edition Basic Text.

I don't yet have the official date it will be released, but they previously said Oct 1.

Meanwhile you can download copies free from the NAWS FTP site or you can purchase copies for $8.00, which includes shipping and handling. See the project page on NAWS' website for more information: www.na.org/conference/bt.
